Women in technology roles are invited to attend a networking event at 16 Tech! The goal is for this to be more than your typical “tech-startup happy hour”.

Attendees will break up into smaller groups and be given few minutes to share a challenge or issue they face. The group then has the chance to ask questions, share advice, or help find a solution. We’ll come back together to share a takeaway or something that you found impactful.

The goal is to give attendees the opportunity to have candid conversations on why working in tech is hard and how we can lean on each other.
