Join us for the Indianapolis stop of the 2025 Ride for Equity: “Speak for Yourself” Community Forum, a pivotal event in a 1,600-mile cycling journey from Tulsa’s Black Wall Street to New York City’s Wall Street. This national initiative, led by Black Leaders Detroit, aims to raise awareness and support for Black entrepreneurs by addressing the racial capital gap.
As part of its national journey, the Ride for Equity will make a powerful stop in Indianapolis—a city rooted in advancing equity and expanding access to economic opportunity. The ride will officially kick off at the 16 Tech Innovation District, rallying riders, advocates, and allies from across the country to move with purpose and elevate the urgent call to bridge the racial wealth gap.
The “Speak for Yourself” forum is designed to foster open dialogue on race, equity, and economic opportunity. Community members, media, and changemakers are encouraged to attend and contribute to this critical conversation. This event is part of a series of forums held in key cities along the Ride for Equity route, aiming to engage local communities in meaningful discussions about economic empowerment and social justice.
Be part of this transformative movement to honor the legacy of Black Wall Street and advocate for a future rooted in fairness and equitable access to opportunity. Residents, media, and changemakers are encouraged to attend and take part in this critical dialogue.
